Intermittent Webserver Error

We are fairly new to using Lansweeper.  We have it setup to use SQL.  We are currently on v 11.4.0.4.  However, we are getting intermittent errors on the widgets and have not been able to determine how to resolve.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
