We have recently upgraded the LS server with new cloud relay authentication key. Do i need to reinstall LsAgent again on existing devices in order to update the cloud relay authentication key?

Hello there!
That is correct, there is currently no process in place to trigger an updated cloud relay authentication key towards the clients.

Can I assume that LsAgent will not update cloud relay authentication key on the client even though LS server has a new cloud relay key?

Is there a way to extract the cloud relay authentication key of the LsAgent for each devices in the form of LS report?

Hello there!
Unfortunately, this is not possible While Lansweeper does offer a file scanning feature, we currently do not scan the contents of a file, which would be required to obtain the cloud relay authentication key from the .ini file.

Hello there!
When using a new cloud relay authentication key, you will need to make sure that the relay key in the LsAgent.ini file is correct. Reinstalling the LsAgent on all target assets will be the easiest way to do this.
