I accidentally merged the wrong tickets in the helpdesk, is there any way to undo this action to split them back into their tickets?

Just having made this mistake today, I found that if I take the original service ticket title and edit/paste over the incorrect merged title, it looks better.

Still not a solution, but at least a workaround.

This should be a feature request. cant believe it doesn't exist already.

Unfortunately not, you'll have to create a new ticket and copy the content of the ticket you want to split over in it.
