After seeing a few posts about license key issues, it's obvious there a disconnect. Creating a case through the support portal isn't helping either. Lansweeper needs to fix the issue. As I'm a new sweeper, this is not a good first impression for me.
I purchased an annual license for Lansweeper Starter (2000) on Dec 16, 2025 and received confirmation (525213159). I never received my license key. I created a support case (00654764) Dec 18, 2025 and haven’t heard back.
