Hello has anyone experienced issues creating tickets or modifying tickets using the API since upgrading to the latest version 8? (8.0.130.17)
was working fine before we upgraded but no longer on the new version....

Yeah, we had issues too. I had to remove any sort of HTML tags from the description. They enabled some sort of security feature that broke the ability to send encoded HTML when submitting the request.
No clue when they'll fix it, but it sure made a lot of my daily task tickets I was generating with bulleted lists, etc look like garbage now.
