Engaged Sweeper
I have several Panasonic Toughbook laptops that are almost never seen by my network that I need to keep track of. I manually ran an LSPush when I set them up. Everything else is set up to auto scan

I would like to set my database to auto-clean assets not seen in 180 days but want to keep the laptops that I ran the LSPush.

How can I configure my options to keep those laptops, yet delete all other out of date assets?

There's an option to exclude certain assets from clean-up options, as seen in the screenshot below. You can apply this option for individual assets by going to the Edit Asset screen, or you can mass apply it:
  • Go to the Assets tab
  • Check the boxes in front of the assets you wish to exclude
  • Click Mass Edit Assets in the left hand pane (the top one)
  • In the pop-up, select Not affected by cleanup options from the dropdown and check the box. Afterwards click the Change Fields button

Exclude asset from cleanup
