Hi,

Ive upgraded Lansweeper to the latest version on friday 3rd of april and the web console is inaccessable since.
Is this a known issue?

LsClient cannot fix a broken Lansweeper installation. LsClient is a tool for scanning Windows computers. It does nothing but scan. The popup you're referring to is a popup explaining how to use LsClient, as you need to run this tool with a script.

The number one explanation for your web console being inaccessible is your web server service (IIS or IIS Express) being down. You likely restarted the service at one point. It's also possible that the upgrade was still in progress when you tried to access the console.

OK fair enough,
did upgrade last friday still not working yesterday tuesday, rebooted server yesterday morning still not working yesterday at 4pm but started working today..
anyway im not to bothered it working now thats all that counts,

It's ok,
I fixed it by running the LSclient in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Client\
That popped up a box with details in it,
Then tried the web console and all was back to normal.
