Hi,

hope this is the right place - found no one more suitable for this.

We have the following issuses:

Lansweeper 6.0.0.5 on a Windows Server. Company Mailserver is a Linux Machine running postfix and dovecot.

The issues:

- ticket notifications arrive with 1/2 day delay in our mailboxes and then all of a sudden all notifications that had to be there at once. The arrive on our Mailserver just seconds prior (checked this at the logs).
So why do they get stuck for so long in Lansweeper?

- Also Report alert mailings do not work at all. They are not send if there is just an email address and a smtp server set in the configuration. If I set it to do smtp-auth ("server requires authentification") then all I get is "authentification failed". The Log on the Mailserver reports the same ("SASL PLAIN Authentication failed"). Though username and Password entered are devinitely correct!
So why is this?
