Engaged Sweeper
Up until a recent batch of PCs were added to the domain, the "Purchased" and "Warranty" values were populated in the Lansweeper asset screen/view.

A recent batch of PCs are showing all asset vitals except the "Purchased" and "Warranty" values. These are Dell OptiPlex 7050 machines. I'm guessing the values are not where Lansweeper expects them to be?

are you running the latest version of Lansweeper? The prior version to current, the dell warranty lookup was broken (Dell changes the API a lot)

The latest version fixed the issue.

Lansweeper needs to have all the required info to do a warranty check.
