In our organization we are having a NAT network which many private IPs are NAT ed to one Public IP address. In this kind of scenario lansweeper scan our devices with this public IP address and it can't figure out those devices separately since it doesn't have the visibility of their private IP addresses.
What is the best solution for this problem???
It would be great hear your advices.
Thanks

I'd go further to suggest that you could consider deploying a Scan Server behind the NAT'd IP. Overkill, but could work.

Hello there!
A solution for this could be to use LsAgent, which will be able to scan these NATed computers locally and then send the scan to your Lansweeper server. For more information, you can refer to this KB article: https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/scanning-your-network/introduction-to-lsagent-for-windows-linux-...
