So far i have been impressed with Lansweeper Helpdesk, this may be a little too early to know but are there any idea of what pricing may be for additional agents in the full release?
Pricing for the helpdesk is not available yet. Helpdesk agents which can process tickets will be licensed, helpdesk users likely will be unlimited. We will publish that information as soon as possible, but first we need to go through the Beta and fix all technical aspects.
