Lansweeper + Jira Service Management Integrations

Hello Lansweeper Community,

We are about to do a version update for both our Jira integrations, for ticket enrichment and also Jira Assets.

If you currently use either (or both) or are thinking about it, I would be keen to speak with you, take your feedback and feature requests for improvement.

We are going to do this work over the summer, so please reach out to us asap and we can either take your feedback over email or set up a 15min call with you.

I am exactly just starting out using Jira Asset and building ITAM after we've been using Lansweeper for a while. And I've run into a bunch of shortcomings which means I am extremely eager to find out what's happening and especially when with the current integration - and I'll be more than happy to talk to you and tell you what I want to do and which problems I run into.
