Hi,
Lansweeper is not detecting LANdesk software installed on the systems. However, it detects the services of LANdesk, whether it is running or stopped
Please suggest how do we enable scanning of LANDesk software thru lansweeper

This knowledge base article explains how software scanning works. The most likely explanations for the issue are:
Software not listed in Add/Remove Programs can be detected through custom file or custom registry scanning. If it has a service associated with it, as is the case for you, you can see it among the scanned services as well.
- The software not being listed in Add/Remove Programs (Programs & Features) on the client machine. Add/Remove Programs is what the software scanning procedure recreates.
- The software only being installed and listed in Add/Remove Programs for certain users on the computer. If only specific users on the computer have the software installed, the software will only be listed on the computer page if the user logged into the computer during the last successful computer scan has the software installed.
Software not listed in Add/Remove Programs can be detected through custom file or custom registry scanning. If it has a service associated with it, as is the case for you, you can see it among the scanned services as well.
