Hello,

we are using Lansweeper cloud for Risk Insight.

We had 2 sites in the cloud. One was deleted 1 year ago and we created a new one.

Today cannot enter the new site, I am always redirected to the old site.

 

In Lansweeper on Premise there are only the new site linked.

I tried new browser, cahed cleared and so on.

 

What can be the problem? How can I enter the new site again?

Our tech support team should be able to assist you with this.  Please open a ticket in our support portal.

 

Make sure to add screenshots and the GatherLogs output file so our SME's can start investigating the issue straight away.
