The ADD button does not appear at the top right of the scan target page.

No assets are available from my lansweeper OT hub, and my OT HUB is sync and UP on my app.lansweeper.com

Hey @RemiB,

It's possible there is a firewall blocking the connection. 
Can you check in a browser if there is anything responding on https://{ip of the hub}:5217, please?

If it still does not work, I will schedule a quick call to help you properly.

I got it!!!!! i change my port listening and it work now!

Hello @RemiB ,

For the add target button to appear, you need to have a previously created sensor. I leave you here an article to create a sensor.

If you need any other thing to finish your setup let me know.

I have 2 sensors installed, my primary is on my hub"server" and a other senser on the same Vlan i have both put the certificate on i. on the instalation i put the ip of my hub and the port 443 and i keep the port 5217.

i still cant see my sensors on my hub.
