It's possible there is a firewall blocking the connection. Can you check in a browser if there is anything responding on https://{ip of the hub}:5217, please?

I have 2 sensors installed, my primary is on my hub"server" and a other senser on the same Vlan i have both put the certificate on i. on the instalation i put the ip of my hub and the port 443 and i keep the port 5217.
