Lansweeper reports not populating

I am looking at the built-in reports under All Reports -- Windows: and none of them are populating. Can somebody please advise what I need to do to get these to populate?

The list in your screenshot only displays report totals which are not updated automatically. In the bottom left of that screen there should be a button to refresh the totals.
