If you haven't already, could you update to the latest Lansweeper release (5.3.0.22) by following the instructions in
this knowledge base article and see if the issue persists. We did fix some deployment bugs in recent releases.
If the issue does persist, it would be best to troubleshoot via email. Contact support@lansweeper.com and provide:
- Description of the problem.
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
- Export of your deployment package.
- Excel export of the Deployment\Logs page.
- Screenshot of the Deployment\Schedules page.
