We havent got the renew mail from cleverbridge this year, and now we have a lansweeper with expired license key.

Who should I Contact at your office to solve this issue ?

I can see in our system that renewal reminders were sent by Cleverbridge (cs@cleverbridge.com) on November 12th and November 26th. The email address we have on file is different from the one you're registered on the forum with, though there's no indication that the Cleverbridge mails bounced. I would recommend checking your spam folder for the messages.

I've also sent a separate email to you from our help desk system to the email address you're registered on the forum with. I included a copy of the renewal reminder and all relevant details. If you require further assistance, please respond to that message and we'll help you further.

Just an FYI for everyone else: you can always send billing related questions to sales (https://www.lansweeper.com/contact-sales/).
