I can see in our system that renewal reminders were sent by Cleverbridge (cs@cleverbridge.com) on November 12th and November 26th. The email address we have on file is different from the one you're registered on the forum with, though there's no indication that the Cleverbridge mails bounced. I would recommend checking your spam folder for the messages.
