Direct links to tickets in emails not working

Has anyone come across the issue of the 'go to ticket' link in the email notifications forcing you to sign in and then sending you to the default home page instead of the ticket itself? This started happening fairly recently

Cloud asset image not syncing

It looks like the asset image from the local install *should* sync with the cloud Preview and Notes -> Asset Picture but that doesn't seem to be the case.  Is this just a bug or are the two fields set to not sync between themselves?
