We have warranty scanning active on our Lansweeper server + because we don't have direct internet access we have configured a proxy in the server options.
Scanning warranty works fine for our DELL machines, but lately we also have +- 300 Fujitsu devices in our environment. It seems that the warranty/purchase information cannot be retrieved by Lansweeper, is there a "general" issue with the Fujitsu scans, or do we need to do something particular for it to work?
