I was just wondering why my Lansweeper Web UI stays all time in english even when the configuration corresponds to "FRENCH".
I didn't have this problem before upgrading few days ago to the version 6.0.100.75.
When I'm logged on (with full administrator account), I just click on the "gear" in the upper right corner to configure the language (from english to french) and it doesn't change anything...
Help would be appreciate.
Regards,
Simon

I took the liberty to re-open this ticket because we encounter this problem again...
You can find here the different files you asked for previous time :
Thank you in advance for your interest/time.
Best regards,
Simon

- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\App_Data\web_errorlog.txt, if it exists.

But concerning my issue, I also try to change the helpdesk language in this menu (in the top right-hand corner on the blue cog) but it had absolutely zero effect on the helpdesk section.

The Translations below are so that you can edit/create new translations. The "Enabled" button is to allow helpdesk users to select it as their helpdesk language.
To select your helpdesk language you need to use the blue cog in the top right-hand corner and select the correct language there.

I have just checked in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\lang
I have "lang.txt" which contains only english translations.
I have also lang_FRA.cfg and a lot of different languages (lang_FRA.cfg has the same content than yours uploaded on your previous post)
When I go the the lansweeper management web UI logged on with full admin account, I go to Configuration > Translations
The default language is "French" and if I change to english it works fine.
But when I look at the Translations > Languages, "English (English) (enabled/supported)" is ticked and I'm not able to modify field "Enabled", it's ticked and "grey" (unmodifiable).
When I try to change "English (English) (enabled/supported)" to "Français (French) (enabled/supported)", when I refresh the page, it takes back the initial configuration with "English (English) (enabled/supported)".
I hope that it seems more clear for you?
Thank you in advance.

Check Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\lang and open the the language file with a text editor to check if the file isn't corrupted, empty or no translations are added.
Alternatively I've added the default language files from my local installation to my post. You can try see if using mine works.
