Like the Subject says, the user is showing as the domain and their Login name, not the lastname, firstname as it shows in AD. The computers were imaged at different times, the users are in different buildings and different departments. The users that are showing as domain/username on 1 machine will show correctly on another machine in the same department and building.

I've been searching the forums for a while, and I feel like I am missing something simple.

Our version of Lansweeper is not up to date, but we have to put software updates through our change control process. I'll post again if this resolves the issue.

Updating the Lansweeper software and LSAgent on the endpoint devices resolved the issues I was having.
