When we check we always get the message (Dont have an OT HUB Link), what is the error?

The error message "Don't have an OT HUB Link" indicates that your on-prem installation cannot be linked to your Cloud site because the OT Hub is not linked. To resolve this, you need to ensure that the OT Hub is properly configured and linked to either the on-prem installation or the Cloud site, but not both simultaneously.

But we haven't installed the Ot HUB at all
