Is there integration guidance for visualizing LS data from within an ITSM SW like Cherwell?

We can't really provide assistance for integrating Lansweeper with third-party tools, but some general tips:

Make sure your Lansweeper database is installed under SQL Server. By default, SQL Compact is used. You can always migrate to SQL Server by following the instructions in this knowledge base article or this video tutorial.
Database connection details (SQL instance name, database name, username and password) can be found in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Lansweeperservice.exe.config on your Lansweeper server.
