Hi,
Is it possible if lspush.exe can get some data from registry and put it in to custom field of asset?

LsPush can be used in combination with custom registry scanning, which is explained in this article. To do this you can set up custom registry scanning under Scanning\File&Registry Scanning and export the .tsv file which you can use together with LsPush.exe. Do note that this will store the scanned registry value under Config\Scanned Info\Registry Keys on asset pages and the table tblRegistry in your Lansweeper database. Scanning to Asset Custom Fields directly is unfortunately not possible currently.
