If you manually edit an asset some fields can get locked (displayed by the lock icon checkbox when you edit the asset). However, this will just prevent Lansweeper from overwriting this data. If you are doing an IP Range scan, Lansweeper will 100% check those IP addresses. However, to know why they are not being scanned, it's best to use the tester I mentioned earlier. If that doesn't provide any helpful information, It's best to contact our
support team so they can provide you with debug options that will give back additional information.
