Missing fqdn in assets

hello support-Team,

our company has a subsidiary at location sofia and the scanned assets from this location don't have a fqdn-entry in the asset page.
for notice: there is no domaincontroller/domain at this location. it's only a Workgroup

why are the fqdn's missing ? any hints for me.

You can find this information in the DNSDomain field of tblNetwork. (This is not an FQDN, but a DNS name.)

question: exists any configuration option to get the fqdn attribute set by lansweeper for such devices (e.g. "VAE-Sofia.local")
why this additional question: if it's not possible we must change all connecting interfaces using the fqdn attribute.

Workgroup computers don't have an FQDN. They only have a NetBIOS name.
