Monitor Model- Generic PnP Monitor

Hi,

When trying to obtain monitor information of a certain asset through Config>Display>Monitor, Lansweeper only shows Generic PnP Monitor as the monitor model. I know Lansweeper is able to obtain the correct monitor model because when I create a report, the correct model is shown. Does anyone know how do I get Lansweeper to show the true model of the monitor on the assets page, instead of displaying "Generic PnP Monitor"?

Generally speaking, a monitor should have its own asset page. If you go to the summary tab are there any linked monitors at the bottom?
