I have been looking forward to using this function in LANSweeper but have been very disappointed so far so I'm hoping there is an easy fix for this. We are moving to new offices soon so I want to use the locations asset to place assets on the floor plan of our new office for planning purposes. The problem I am running into is this: I'll edit the location and add assets. Once added, I'll drag them around to their location on the floorplans, then select Save location. Once I do that, the assets I add just go back to their default location. I find if I do this repeatedly (up to a dozen times) it may finally save. What gives?
