Hi All,

How to incorporate the approval cycle in the Support Request?

Currently all the Support requests are flowing in directly to Support Person without approval.

We want to have the Approval Mechanism only for certain types of Request like "Data Restoration".

How We can achieve it?

Currently there are no workflow features built into Lansweeper. This has been requested by other customers as well and will certainly be implemented, but we do not have an estimated release date for these features yet unfortunately.

As an alternative you could add custom fields to your ticket types where the approval can be market or reject. The history tab will record which user edited the custom field. You can find information on custom fields in this knowledge base article.
