we have a total of three teams that all do different things, i wanted to see if there is a way to see if it is possible to get create separate dashboards or separate pages (different URL) so that they can manage there own tickets and adjust what they need. Such as we have a Ithelpdesk, Networking, hardware, and programs. we would like to divide them into there own URL.

Hello there!

Users can create their own dashboard tabs in Lansweeper Classic, and they can add helpdesk reports (as a widget) to such a tab. So if they create a custom report that suits their needs, they can select it and add it to their dashboard tab.
