Hello, there. After auto-update with v12.5.5.7 my Knowledgebase is broken. I can see All categories with the numbers of articles inside (Lansweeper (4) ») but when I open the category appears "No articles for this category yet." There is no articles inside.. Any idea what can we do?

Greetings, version 12.6 has been released and is supposed to included a fix to this bug.

Just upgraded to 12.6.0.11.  Confirming that my KBs are back and working again.

I’m also experiencing the exact same issue. According to their support team, they’re aware of it but aren’t sure when a fix will be released.

Not sure what is the hold, it has been over 2 weeks facing this issue
Can someone from Lansweeper (Support/Dev Team) provide a proper working fix or workaround?😥

I'm having the exact same issue with our installation after the most recent update. Hopefully the Lansweeper team has a resolution!

We are seeing the same thing on v 12.5.6.2.  All the data is in the database, but it seems like a link to those in the webpages are not working.  You can create a new category and article and it still shows the number of articles and then blank right side.  We have tried .Net fixers, reinstalling the website, and rebuilding the kbs_index folder.  Nothing seems to work for now.

My next step is to do a brand new install and try to compare the tables if there is a value we are missing.
