Hello,
I have to manually categorize all our assets into different asset groups.
The HUGE problem here is that if I change an asset status to say Broken. Then if I click on an Asset group say like Computer, that broken asset won't show anymore.
How do I go about changing this.
Right now I have to create a custom Asset field to classify the status of an asset. It's ridiculous because all my assets must be listed as Active in order for them to be shown in the asset group. Although some of them are broken and not active.
Please help.

Easy. Head over to Configuration, Dynamic Asset Group, Add Dynamic Group called Broken.
Set State Equal To "Broken".
Head over to Assets and look under the Asset States column for Broken and you should see all assets that you set the status to Broken.
