Hoping someone else has run into this before.. We several Intel NUC's in our environment. However in Lansweeper, they return an odd string of characters in the serial number and model fields. Any ideas how to fix?

If you want to see what LS will get you can run "wmic bios get serialnumber" from command prompt.

Sorry it took so long. Yes that did the trick. Thank you so much!
We have been pretty happy with them for the most part. However, I think we will be looking at the Dell or HP micro PCs for these compact units in the future. They just have a more robust feature set while still having the compact form factor.

Do a BIOS flash to see if it solves it, our NUC's also had some similar issues...
BTW, are you happy with them ? We have had quite a few problems with ours...
