Hi,

in Software/Recovered license keys there are shown the keys of the Microsoft Products.
Bute there is no Office 2013 key ...
It is fixed in version 81 ? , (cause we have now 79 installed)

Followup sent via email. No Office keys are actually present in the client machine's registry, which is why no keys were scanned.

Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with:
• Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt, as present on your Lansweeper server.
• Screenshot of the Software tab of one problem machine’s Lansweeper webpage.
• Screenshot of the Scan Time tab of the same problem machine’s Lansweeper webpage.
• The registry keys below, exported on the same problem machine. Rename the files from .reg to .txt before sending them, so they are not blocked by our spam filters.

Hi,

i rescanned the machines. That is ok. last seen date ist up to date.
But there is no key.
(see attached picture)

Office 2013 keys were already scanned in 5.0.0.79. Please try rescanning your machines by clicking the Assets link at the top of the web console, ticking the upper checkbox and hitting the Rescan button on the left. Then wait for the "last seen" dates listed on your asset pages to update.

If the "last seen" dates don't update and scanning errors are generated instead, refer to the following troubleshooting guide: http://www.lansweeper.com/kb/1/troubleshooting-guide.html
