Office 365 v2 Scan issue

Trying to configure Office 365 v2 scanning, but getting an error message:
Unable to cast object of type 'Microsoft.Graph.Group' to type 'Microsoft.Graph.User'


Intune v2 working fine, so im comfortable that the credentials are OK.

Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
