Hi all,

I'm trial running Lansweeper for our new helpdesk for our company, and I've used the .CSV template and added all our old tickets to it, but I keep getting the error message "Index was outside the bounds of the array"

Anyone have any idea why this would keep coming up?

Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi Karel,

I figured out the fix for this. Spiceworks (our current helpdesk) auto populated with the date format as "01-01-16 @ 1:00pm" .

I changed all of these to simply have 01/01/16 as the date format and it seems to have worked.

Thanks anyway 🙂

***EDIT:***

Scratch that...it stayed on the "treating file" stage for a while, then went off. I checked the helpdesk tickets, and it was still empty. Tried it again and the same error message came back.

This might mean there is a problem with the import files ex. missing columns, incorrect data formats. Also, make sure you correctly exported the file as 'comma separated CSV' and are on the latest version of Lansweeper.

If the above didn't help, you can send a mail to support@lansweeper.com with the import file attached.
