Other ports that can be used aside from 81 for Ticket API

Hi,

Is there any other ports that can be used for Helpdesk API calls other than port 81? Our organization has this requirement to use 443 for any endpoint request to avoid allowing Anonymous Authentication as a fix to HTTP 500 errors. Any suggestions?

Hello there!

The Helpdesk API will use the port as configured for your web console. Lansweeper only requires a correct API key to process a call.
