Performance Scanning

I recently setup the performance scanning for Windows 10 and Windows 7 machines.
I used the default scan interval of 5 min.

Is 5 my too frequent or should I move to 15, 30 60 or even bigger interval?

Just want to get your thoughts.

Personally I've only used it on a handful of VMs to check if they have enough resources.

I think the interval is more about how accurate you want the data to be. The lower the interval will get you more accurate data but it will obviously be more taxing on both your network and database.
