scanning the NOTES section in vmware

we are scanning our vmware hosts, vms, vcenter and receiving good results.  is there a way to capture the 'notes' section from vmware.  even if a custom mib is available to add to the scan.  We have been unable to find anything that will pull the notes of our vm environment.
