Hello, is there a way to prevent some users (they are imported AD users and they have a false mail address) to open tickets.
Thanks.

Hi @GLFI699
How do your users create tickets? If it is via the web console, you can restrict access to it (https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/customizing-the-web-console/restrict-access-to-the-web-console/t...) and give access to certain AD groups only.
If it's via email, you can configure the helpdesk email account to reject those emails or move them to helpdesk_ignore, or under Configuration > E-mail Settings, set up ignore rules to automatically filter out certain types of emails, like those sent from those false email addresses.
