Hello friend.

I'm having a problem scanning my workstations. I have two sites with two different network segments, and I have full access between both segments. I can scan my workstations without a problem.

The workstations are running Windows 10, but when I run the scheduled scan (which takes place at 3:00 AM), the Windows 10 Build information shows 10.0.19045.0. However, if I run an individual scan on those same machines, it shows the Build is 10.0.19045.5487, which is the correct information.

On Site B, where the problematic workstations are located, I have the Lansweeper LsAgent client installed.

I get this error after updating my Lansweeper to the latest version: 12.3.3.0.

Thank you

Enzo.

Dear Enzo,

I cannot see an error after the update. Can you share this with the LS-Support team? They will be able to assist you with this.

For the build number, I assume this should work with a scheduled scan, if there are not specific scanning issues. If that scan is not complete, due to permissions issues, it could be that the LsAgent scan is providing more accurate information.
Can you check if there are scan issues with the scheduled scan?

Hello FrankSc.

Let me explain.
I have two unrestricted network segments: Segment A and Segment B.

My Lansweeper is on Segment A, and I'm getting some details in the reports on Segment B.

I scan both segments every day, but when I run a report for the workstations, it says some computers on Segment B need updates. Example:
Computer name: computer-06 Build: 10.0.19045.0, but if I check the computer-06, it has a different build: 10.0.19045.5487.
If I manually click the rescan asset(s) button and when it finishes, the build appears as it should.
I installed LsAgent to see if that would improve, but I still get the error.

Thank you.
