I went to download the update. It directed me to the "download scanner" page, no idea what I'm downloading other than Lansweeper. Could it be the LS Agent? Said version 12.1.1.0. downloaded, went to install, said it was an old version? Is the "download scanner" the lansweeper executable to install the update? It's a very basic page that needs to look better, maybe have more information like "here is the latest version, version 12.1.1.0" with the 256 SHA hash displayed, not just click here to find out what it is. New version or next update should be out on 21/11/2024. Something other than "download scanner" which is, to me, very misleading and confusing as to what I am downloading.
Web Page : Lansweeper

The route I normally go, if you use Lansweeper Sites at all, is Scanning > Discovery Systems > Downlaod installers/packages.
The latest Lansweeper On-Prem/Classic is 12.1.1.0. The page also shows the 256 SHA hash you mentioned.
For LsAgent, you will have to go to the separate page if you want to install that instead of IT Agent: Download LsAgent . The latest version of LsAgent is 11.4.1.2 for Windows.
If you go through Lansweeper On-Prem/Classic, then going the route you mentioned, the Lansweeper installation is on the left side, but does not show the hash, only your current version and the latest version. It will have a download link if you need to get the update. On the right side of that page is the list of LsAgent versions per platform and will have a link to download them if you do not have them in your Lansweeper\Client folder on your server.
