Hello,
I have been using Lansweeper for a little while and I have an asset I'm using as our test asset for resolving vulnerabilities. It's a standard asset on the network, it's just an old employee's computer. The problem I'm having is that there are vulnerabilities showing on the machine that have been fixed by older Windows updates that have already been installed on the machine. The machine has 488 vulnerabilities and almost all of them are fixed by the monthly cumulative update. And they get installed as soon as they are available. The vulnerabilities repeatedly show up on new scans, too.
What gives? Did I mess something up? I can provide screenshots if needed.

Hi! I've been trying to find a way to submit a ticket for this particular problem but it looks like my email is not verified? I never got a validation email when I signed up. Can you help me with this?
