Does the Lansweeper Agent offer Remote Desktop Support, e.g. remote session for helpdesk to help? If not, does Lansweeper, onprem or cloud, offer a similar utility or sponsor a solution?
Lansweeper no longer includes a built-in remote desktop feature, as LsRemote is no longer supported.
However, Lansweeper On-Premises allows you to configure custom actions, which can be used to launch external remote access tools. These actions can be executed directly from an asset’s page, enabling sysadmins and helpdesk staff to initiate remote sessions efficiently.
