Hello,

Anyone have any luck getting rid of things like this in emailed ticket replies?

I am aware that it's caused by the mail client. The hope is that Lansweeper can automatically remove it.

This is caused by your mail client.
If you answer to Helpdesk e.g. with Outlook, Outlook inserts these line automatically above the 'Everything above this line..'

The sender has to delete it before sending.
Maybe there is a way in the Outlook settings to avoid these lines.

It would be nice if it would be possible to remove one of the 'From' information (1 or 2, see picture) in the helpdesk mails.

Yes please answer this and I'd like to add the display of the E-Mail:

fromhelpdesk

This will cause the username to be displayed three times: two times like in the pic above and then another time right underneath this picture in our ticket template.
