I'm attempting to setup round robin ticket assignment within Lansweeper, but it doesn't appear to be working. Am I missing something other than the drop down under General Settings > Auto Assign > Assign Tickets?

Enable auto assign has to be enabled as well for any auto assignment to work. Also note that currently round robin and load balacing will only work for E-mailed tickets and not tickets created on the website (LS 6.0).
