hi,

i have problem with RPC Unavailable error,
the RPC service is running normally, firewall is not blocking ping and not blocking lansweeper agent,
the antivirus firewall disabled,
but i still get the RPC unavailable error,
how i can fix this annoying error.

9 out of 10 times it's DNS.
Go onto the Lansweeper server ping the hostname of the computer, does the IP address match the one from the machine, if no check DNS.

If it does, run the connection tester from the Lansweeper server and put in the computers FQDN and attempt to connect should give a better understanding of the cause of the connection issue etc.

Did you try to ping from Lansweeper server to hostname and IP?
Is the host resolved correct?
Di youuse "ipconfig /Flushdns" on your lansweeper Server ?
I got this also sometimes. Then he has a wrong IP to this host in cache.

It would be good to run the connection tester on the machine your having issues with to see what is occurring, a lot of the time its a DNS issue.
