Check these:
- Application (client) ID and Directory (tenant) ID match exactly between Azure and Lansweeper.
- Authentication type (Certificate or Client Secret) matches your credential entry.
- If using a certificate, verify the thumbprint exists both in Microsoft Azure and in the scanning serverās certificate store.
Also, make sure the scanning server can reach the required Microsoft endpoints:
If credentials and permissions look correct and the scan still produces no results,
use the GatherLogs tool and open a case via the Lansweeper Support Portal .
Include:
- A screenshot of your Intune V2 scanning target.
- A screenshot of Graph API permissions.
